Sunshine

My little sunshine!

Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam

Carden's first day as a Sunbeam! His teacher said he did great, though when we asked him if he liked it, he said, "No, I didn't like it, except for the pretzel". Haha! Hopefully his teacher brings pretzels every week and we may get him to come! I know he is going to miss the FUN in nursery, so we will see how next week goes.

A Day at the Zoo

After a morning of teasing and fighting and complaining about chores, we broke away from the Saturday morning chaos and headed to the zoo. It turned a not so great day, into a great day! The weather was perfect, it starting sprinkling on the way there, but stopped before we got there and the boys even shed their jackets after a little while. Crazy to think we can wear short sleeves in January and not even be cold! Jaynie was in such a happy mood, it was so cute! The boys loved seeing the animals and I am so glad we snuck away for the afternoon!

Late Nights

Carden and Jaynie have been staying up later than we would all like lately, but sometimes you have to just enjoy the time together...even if you wish you were sleeping.

Family Date

Some date nights call for the whole family to go out and have some fun! Tonight's agenda included DESSERT BEFORE DINNER at somewhere new! We tried SubZero for the first time and then headed to a new PARK TO PLAY! They loved the playground equipment...a LOT of spinning toys, so it was probably  a good thing we didn't have a lot of food in our tummies yet;) And then we grabbed subs on the way home. It was a fun night together as a fam!

1st and 2nd Tooth

Jaynie's bottom 2 teeth popped through today! (January 5th, 2014) I can't believe how quickly she is growing up!

Kellen is ONE

We enjoyed a fun birthday party at the Park for Kellen's first birthday!!!

China Doll

I bought this outfit 13 years ago for my future little girl and finally got to put it to use. She is a beautiful little China Doll!

New Years at the Desert

It was a cold and rainy New Years Eve, so we weren't sure if the desert was going to happen, but there was no rain, so we BUNDLED UP and headed out! The kids had a blast and we took a fun family ride on the golf cart, letting the boys take turns sitting on Matt's lap to drive and they were SO HAPPY! Pure joy on their faces! Haha! Now we want to save up and buy a golf cart!
